Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to zeplik.com, the website of Zeplik, Inc.. It explains what information we collect and how we use it.

This policy does not cover our individual products — OptiPix, Seedance, Nishaaan, Bloom, ZenGrove, and BG Eraser. Each product has its own privacy practices at its own domain.

2. What we collect

Here is the complete list of information we collect on this site:

Contact form submissions. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional subject line, and message body. We also record the submission timestamp, your IP address, and user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are collected solely for spam prevention.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user-agent. These are retained for operational and security purposes.

That is the complete list. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party tags on this site. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before any such tools are added.

3. How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to read and respond to your inquiries. Submissions are stored in our database until we archive or delete them.

Server logs are used to operate the site, monitor for errors, and investigate abuse.

4. Cookies

We use one session cookie for admin authentication on /admin/* pages. This cookie is not set for public visitors.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share information from contact form submissions with third parties.

We use service providers (Railway for hosting, PostgreSQL for database) who may process this data on our behalf as a normal part of operating the site. They do not use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely unless deleted. You can request deletion by emailing product@zeplik.com.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing product@zeplik.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). We will honor these requests.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Admin access is protected by authentication.

We do not claim to be invulnerable — no website can. If we discover a breach affecting you, we will notify you.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted in a changelog at the bottom of this page.
